AC Milan stalls talks over Teo’s new contract, still far away

Negotiations over a new contract between AC Milan and Theo Hernandez have stalled due to a number of obstacles, one of which is the salary figure.

Italian outlet Gazzetta dello Sport reports that AC Milan are keen to extend ยูฟ่าเบท Theo’s current deal, which runs until June 2026.

However, there is a major problem with the France left-back’s salary, which is as high as €8 million per year. Milan have reportedly been in talks with Teo’s representatives since last summer, but are nowhere near an agreement.

The wages were initially report to be €8.5m per year. Which has since reduce to €8m per year, higher than his current €4.5m per year.

Teo’s unrealistic demands suggest he is in no rush to agree a new deal with Milan, especially given the current situation with the France left-back facing criticism over his poor performances and attitude at the start of the season.
